Every April all the attention in the General Aviation world gravitates towards the Lake Constance area for the AERO Friedrichshafen, the home base of Europe’s General Aviation. With more than 600 exhibitors from 35 countries, 33,000 visitors and 600 journalists from all over the world, the AERO Friedrichshafen is the international community’s annual meeting place.
Every odd year Diamond takes part with a large display to show off what’s new in the Diamond world. This year our static display boasts our twin and single piston aircraft and a completely new stand design. Stay tuned for some new exterior designs and aircraft features.
Additionally we are offering the opportunity of a virtual flight in our magnificent DA62. Enjoy a 30-minute flight from our home base at Wiener Neustadt Airport East (LOAN), Austria to the iconic Schneeberg and back. With 2,076 m (6,811 ft), the Schneeberg is the highest mountain of Lower Austria, and the easternmost mountain in the Alps to exceed 2,000 m.
