All specifications, weights, performance data, range estimates, useful-load estimates, images, renderings, colors, interior and exterior finishes, equipment descriptions, materials, and model references shown in this online configurator (collectively, “Configurator Content”) are provided for general informational and illustrative purposes only.

Configurator Content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diamond Aircraft Industries GmbH, its affiliates and group companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers (collectively, the “Manufacturer Parties”) make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Configurator Content or the configurator, including any warranties of accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that any configuration will be available, error-free, or meet any particular requirements.

All Configurator Content is non-binding and subject to change at any time without notice, including changes to design, materials, features, equipment availability, specifications, pricing (if displayed), and regulatory or certification status. The final aircraft and any optional equipment will be supplied, if at all, only in accordance with the characteristics, specifications, scope, and terms expressly set out in a written agreement signed by the Manufacturer Parties and the customer (the “Definitive Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between the configurator and the Definitive Agreement, the Definitive Agreement will control.

Any performance, payload, weight-and-balance, fuel burn, range, or useful-load figures are estimates only and will vary based on configuration, installed options, equipment, manufacturing tolerances, aircraft condition, operating environment, and other factors. The operator is solely responsible for using current, official, and aircraft-specific data for flight planning and operation, including the applicable AFM/POH, supplements, required placards, and weight-and-balance documentation. Configurator Content does not replace, and may not be used as a substitute for, those documents.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, none of the Manufacturer Parties will be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or relating to the configurator or Configurator Content, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or procurement of substitute goods or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the foregoing, the Manufacturer Parties will not be liable for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or delays in the Configurator Content, or for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on it.

EU/AT mandatory rights and non-excludable liability: Nothing in this disclaimer (a) excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for intent (Vorsatz), gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), or for death or personal injury), or (b) excludes, restricts, or limits any mandatory consumer rights or statutory warranty rights that apply to a customer as a consumer under applicable law. Any exclusions or limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
