Responsibilities
- Performing target/actual comparisons, deviation analyses and deriving specific recommendations for action
- Supporting the General Manager in budget preparation and monitoring
- Creating, automating and further developing reports and analyses
- Monitoring and analyzing manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Working with department heads to analyze the causes of deviations
- Independently and proactively managing projects
- Creating ad hoc evaluations
Skills
- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience (ideally in controlling), preferably in/with a production environment
- Experience in a manufacturing industrial company
- Confident use of MS Office, controlling and ERP-systems, preferably MS Dynamics (Navision)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Analytical thinking and strong affinity for numbers
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Sense of responsibility

We offer you a minimum salary from EUR 3.893,31 according to the collective agreement with the possibility of overpayment depending on your qualifications/previous experience.
