Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and organizational leadership to the Incoming Goods Inspection team, including workforce planning, vacation scheduling, and training coordination
  • Ensure inspections are performed in compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and technical drawing requirements, and support the resolution of complex quality issues
  • Manage and coordinate customer complaints, quality nonconformities, and material returns (Quality Support & After Sales)
  • Conduct root cause analyses and initiate, coordinate, and monitor corrective and improvement actions
  • Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and external manufacturing sites on quality-related matters
  • Maintain quality-related master data and ensure traceability through the creation and management of traceability records
  • Drive continuous improvement of inspection processes and support the further development of quality standards

Skills

  • Completed technical education
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance, incoming goods inspection, or manufacturing
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and proficiency in the use of measurement and inspection equipment
  • Experience in complaint handling, root cause analysis, and quality management systems
  • Previous leadership experience or proven experience in coaching, coordinating, and guiding employees is an advantage
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills when working with employees, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3.458,06 gross per month with the possibility of overpayment depending on your education, qualifications and previous experience.
