Every third year, Europe's most captivating air show, AIRPOWER takes place in Austria.The best display teams and solo pilots showcase their aviation skills. We were part of it on static and with an epic flight formation.

Rain, low clouds and cool temperatures couldn't stop almost 200,000 visitors to join the biggest air show in Austria with over 200 aircraft from 20 nations the first weekend of September. The program was packed with numerous attractions:

  • demonstrations by the Austrian Armed Forces - also featuring a flight display including their three DA40 NG trainer aircraft
  • Red Bull Aerobatic Triple, featuring The Flying Bulls teaming up with the Red Bull Skydive Team to combine three aerobatic elements simultaneously
  • Flying Bulls with the bulk of their fleet performing several displays
  • Technology and Business exhibitions
  • aerobatic displays with Frecce Tricolori, Patrouille Suisse, Patrulla Águila and many more

And of course, with Diamond Aircraft on static display with the magnificent DA62 and DA42-VI and in the air performing a sparkling Diamond Formation Flight featuring our DA62, DA42-VI, DA42 MPP and DART-550 right after the opening ceremony.
