Responsibilities
- Design of mechanical components (3D & 2D)
- Design of CFRP, GFRP, metal parts (3D & 2D)
- Design of positive and negative moulds (CFRP/GFRP), including layup plans
- Design of part drawings and assembly drawings etc.
- Preparation & administration of certification documentation and manuals
- Integration studies according to installation limitations (positioning of components, weight calculation, power consumption)
- Support Design of electric system layout, wiring schematics, harness drawings
- Support Equipment Tests on ground and in flight
- Cooperation with other departments within Diamond Aircraft
Skills
- Technical school (HTL) in relevant field
- 2 years of work experience (in aeronautics is an advantage)
- Sound knowledge in working with 3D CAD programs (CATIA V5; Solid Edge ST6)/2024
- English and German (spoken and written)
- Structured, reliable team player with ability to work autonomously
- Profound knowledge of MS Office

The minimum collective salary for this position is 3.207,73 gross; there is a readiness for overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
