Responsibilities
- Internal sales of raw material, parts and devices to other aircraft production facilities
- Processing and monitoring orders and supply
- Close cooperation with different departments (f.ex. Purchasing and Warehouse) to ensure the shipping of goods in an orderly fashion
- Preparation of documentation, certificates and other paperwork
- Coordination of logistics with different companies, customers and other external contact persons
- Close contact with Quality Control and Production Engineering to clarify technical issues
- Organisation of cargo shipping by ocean, air of rail freight
- General administrative tasks
Skills
- Completed relevant apprenticeship or higher education
- Very good command of English and German (spoken and written)
- MS office knowledge; MS Dynamics and NAV are an asset
- Solution-oriented working style
- Culturally open-minded, customer-focused and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team with a proactive mindset

The position offers a statutory minimum salary of EUR 2.784,29 gross with the possibility of overpayment depending on your education, qualification and previous experience.
