Position:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for the European market to work across Europe from our location in Wiener Neustadt (Austria) and lead our dedicated team to further expand our market position.
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase market share in Europe
- Identifying and approaching new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships in the region
- Carrying out market analyses and monitoring the competition
- Liaising with our sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attending trade fairs and events to present our products and services
- Reporting to the management on sales activities and market developments
Skills
- Degree in business administration, aviation or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, ideally in the aviation industry
- Proven track record in international sales and customer relationship development
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Practical experience in the aviation industry, preferably with knowledge of aircraft technology
- Ideally, you are a qualified pilot (PPL) and have a deep understanding of the needs of pilots and flight schools

The minimum collective salary for this position is € 6.652.35 gross; there is a readiness for overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
