On April 13th, 2010 Diamond Aircraft Industries received ANAC certification in Brazil for its twin engine aircraft DA42 NG and the multi-purpose platform aircraft DA42 MNG, both powered by twin 170 hp Austro Engine AE-300 turbo-diesel power plants.
Christian Dries, CEO Diamond Aircraft Industries, believes that the ANAC certification is an important milestone for the company. "Now we are in a position to supply the Brazilian market with our aircraft and to develop an essential future market.
